现以广东名菜回馈菜坛:蒜蓉粉丝蒸元贝


1)备料:元贝4个,生抽,菜油,粉丝(温水泡软),半头蒜

 

2)贝肉用小刀起出洗净,将粉丝放入贝壳,然后撒上海盐。咸淡自己掌握,原则不要太咸,吃海鲜保持鲜味最重要。然后在每个贝壳的粉丝上撒上一茶匙菜油

 

3)将贝肉放到粉丝上

 

4)将半头蒜捣成蒜泥/蓉,加入一茶匙生抽,两茶匙菜油,搅匀。

 

5)将做好的蒜蓉均匀盖在贝肉上

 

6)冷水下锅,隔水大火蒸。水滚上气后,中火继续蒸5-8分钟(视元贝大小而定)。关火后让元贝继续在锅里留2-3分钟再出锅。
